Fola is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) who qualified as a Prize Winner. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. She obtained her First Degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos. She has over 22 years of experience in Accounting and Financial Consulting, as well as varied experience in Auditing, Debt Collection, Taxation, Financial Management, Training, Revenue Generation and Management Consulting which spans the private and public sector.

A dynamic and an accomplished Chartered Accountant, sits atop as the Managing Consultant of a bastion of Accounting and financial services known as Finesse Consults Limited.

Fola is an active financial member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). She is a Fellow of both reputable institutes. Her deep passion for business growth and continuity is well known to her colleagues in the accounting profession. This has been her driving force in forging ahead to the extent that when her counterparts were picking up white collar jobs in the banking and the oil sectors, Fola buried her head designing affordable Accounting Packages for small and medium enterprises. She has presented numerous papers on Audits & Taxation. Her publication includes: ‘A case for Tax Harmonization in Nigeria’. To her credit, her firm (Finesse Consults) is a Consultant to the Lagos State Government on Tax matters, while she has supervised various accounting, audit and tax assignments for various parastatals. She has served at both the state and federal level. She was actively involved in the Accelerated Revenue Generation Programme (ARGP) in various states of Nigeria between 1996 and 2002.

Wale Ogunsola, a financial expert of high repute, is the Executive Consultant who manages the affairs of the firm’s branches in both America & Europe.

With so many years of training locally and abroad and in various management courses; in his kitty, coupled with experiences spanning over a two decades, Wale has carved a niche for himself in the world of Banking and Accountancy practices.

Wale was in the banking sector in Nigeria for about 16 years and rose to the level of a Assistant Group Head, with experiences in Treasury – both Foreign and Local, Financial Control, Internal control and investigation and the National marketing.

Wale was also seconded for a period of 4 years as the MD of a Bemtal International Limited, a subsidiary of Continental Trust Bank, with so many successes to his credit.

Through dint of hard work, dedication and meritorious services, he had led, supervised and handled various audit works at both public and private organizations.

Wale is well versed in taxation and consultancy services. Also to his credit, he has a good number of Accounting, Audit & Tax assignments in many states of the Federation and in the United States. Wale is also a licensed tax practitioner in the United States amongst others.

Wale also managed the U.S arm of Finesse Consults for a period of 7 years and he is still the Management consultant to the Company, with a special emphasis in Utility and Non-governmental Audit. This covers various organizations, amongst which are governmental organizations-Public Schools, Disability and old People’s Homes, Conglomerates and various Religious Institutions; such as Churches, Mosques and so on.

A widely traveled man, He has attended various seminars both at home and across the Nigerian shores. Wale, a devoted Christian is happily married with two children.

Richard Greene is a native of Jersey City, NJ. He attended Grambling State University, on two scholarships, receiving a Bachelor’s of Liberal Arts with a concentration in Business Administration.

He has served as Division Director in Hudson County New Jersey, overseeing the county’s compliance procedures, functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization. He has varied experience in International procurement, processes, staff development and training, project management, public transactionary services which spans the private and public sector.

Richard has demonstrated ample experience as a public sector analyst guiding small business owners on process compliance and professional ethics in line with the rules and regulations of the governing state. He also extended his will to his community by participating in the youth development program as an instructor and mentor.

Prior to joining the board of FCL as an international partner, he has attained an excellent career in the field of Project Compliance

Some of his works are as follows but not limited to these:

  • Created and developed a detailed oriented training program for small businesses within the perimeters of the county with future expectations to do business with county and local government.  This was a first of its kind in Hudson County which proved success in developmental training for government business.
  • The development program generated over two million dollars in contract opportunities and afforded these vendors within the twelve weeks of training certifications and licenses which is essential in governmental contracting.
  • Developed and monitored regulations, rules, practices and guidelines for the County of Hudson.
  • Responsible for all goods and service needs for the County of Hudson including managing purchasing, controlling inventory, overseeing operation and maintenance of all county vehicles and equipment.
  • Sourced and negotiated pricing for goods and services with an annual aggregate budget under the bidding threshold.

Ayo was a Pharmacologist by academic training and diversified into Information Technology as a response to his passion and societal needs. He was trained in Project management at United Emirate and preceded with other certifications around the world.

He has been involved in a number of company setup activities ensuring that process compliance is dully followed.  In addition he provides a growing number of companies with back office business support functions ranging from Internal Control, Structure institutionalisation and IT infrastructure.

Remarkably with his achievements to the recent times are the Excellent end to end in merchandising, purchasing, invoicing, POS services, inventory management, supply chain and distribution business processes.
