Fola Ogunsola Managing Consultant/CEO
Fola Ogunsola is the Managing Consultant and CEO of FCL. She obtained Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos, and a Master’s degree in Leadership and Sustainability, United Kingdom. She holds a PhD in Leadership and Organizational Strategy.
Fola is Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), she qualified as a 1st Prize winning Chartered Accountant with Akintola Williams 1st Prize in 1996.
She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and Associate member of Institute of Administration, Nigeria.
Fola is proficient in the fields of Accounting, Statutory Audit and Investigation, Internal Controls, Internal Audit and Policies, Business Strategies – Operational Resilience, Cost Reduction, Revenue Generation and Taxes, Manpower Development and Performance Evaluation, Leadership and Sustainability to mention a few.
She has led various successful projects at local, state, federal and global levels.
Fola is a member of the following:
- United Nations Global Compact (UNGC)
- United Nations Women Empowerment (UNWEP)
- Society of Women Accountants in Nigeria (SWAN)
- Yoruba Education Trust Fund (Yetfund)
- Board of Federal College of Science & Technology in Ogun state

Publications
Fola has on invitation by the Federal Government presented papers on Taxation. These include:
- A case for Tax Harmonisation in Nigeria (2003)
- Implementation of the Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) and Nigerian Budget (2014).
- Review of 2015/2016 Nigerian budget in relation to the MTEF
